I'm so sorry for the late update! There is a lot of information, so please make sure you read everything!
Wear White tomorrow: Students, if you would like to participate, you are encouraged to wear white tomorrow in support of Kramer Barnard, who lost his life over the weekend. This would be a small gesture but would show our support for him, and and his family in this difficult time.
Fusion!!: The percussionists have been working extremely hard to get this show ready to go, on a short time line. This is going to be an amazing performance, and you don't want to miss out! All tickets will be sold at the door this year. Make plans to come support our students on the 2nd and 3rd of May!
Banquet Tickets:
This is the last week to purchase your tickets, so please get those purchased if you haven't already! It's going to be a lot of fun. Don't miss out on the first ever Memorial Band Banquet! It will be held at the French Country farms on FM 367. We will have dinner provided by Texas Road House, Awards, a slide show with lots of pictures from the year, and Dancing! If you haven't got your tickets, they will continue to be sold this week. You can purchase them in the band hall after school, or you can pay through the booster club's venmo. If you choose you use venmo, please put in the "What's this for" section- your student's name, and that these are for banquet tickets. Then please bring a screenshot of your completed payment with you after school to show the officers, and they will get you your tickets. They are $25 each, or $45 for two.

Staar Testing: Staar testing continues this week. If you are taking a Staar test, you are excused from zero hour that day. We want you to get rest, and be prepared to do your best on your exams!
State Solo and Ensemble: Please get your payments in as soon as possible. It is $20 per solo, and $10 per ensemble member. If you are writing a check, please make it out to the Memorial Band Parents' Association.
London Payment: The fourth London payment is due on the 25th. The link is posted below. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Instrument Rental Fees: We are quickly approaching the end of school, and the time that we send the instruments off to get repaired. Please get these turned in so we can get the instruments in working order for next year. If you are using any school owned instrument, and have not turned these in, please do so as soon as possible. As always, if there is an issue with this, and you can't take care of this right now, just please let us know and we will work with you any way that we can. Remember that the instrument rental fees are paid through the myschoolbucks.com website.
