I come to Havlicek after six years as a School Social Worker and two years as a Classroom Paraprofessional just down the street at Jefferson Elementary. I can’t wait to celebrate your students with all kinds of initiatives like Student of the Month, attendance awards, and our School Store, where students can spend their “Eagle Eggs” that they’ve earned on all kinds of fun prizes!

Havlicek Eagle Philosophy
For the first several days of school, teachers are utilizing SEB (Social Emotional Behavior) time to review school-wide and classroom-specific expectations. Here at Havlicek, we aim to consistently remind our students of the “Berwyn Bs” - Be Safe, Be Kind, and Be Ready to Learn! Teachers will be reviewing with students how they can be safe, kind, and ready to learn every day at school.
We are looking forward to a great school year filled with immense growth and lots of reasons to celebrate!
