What Are We Learning About?
Reading
- "Just Ducks" and "Birds" - Students will engage in learning and discussion through interactive read-aloud and integrated speaking/language/writing experiences to build knowledge and vocabulary about our earth (soil and earth products) and animals (birds).
Writing:
- We are returning to informational writing with a focus on research and collaboration with peers.
Letterland:
- Words ending in -ng, -nk and Magic E words with a
Math:
- Measure lengths with non-standard units.
- Apply understanding of the equal sign
- Represent and solve word problems that call for addition of three whole numbers whose sum is less than or equal to 20, by using objects and drawings
Social Studies
- Understanding how culture, values, and beliefs shape people, places, and environments.
Notes
- mClass assessments are still being administered
