Dear Coleman Families,

It has been a fantastic first week for our Coleman Warriors! This week, students and teachers focused on learning routines and processes. In classrooms, students worked together with their teachers to create rules and expectations that will help ensure a successful school year. During class meetings, students explored and discussed how to demonstrate the four key pillars: citizenship, collaboration, creativity, and communication. These important attributes will continue to be taught and reinforced throughout the first few weeks to help our Coleman Warriors establish strong habits within our school community.

In compliance with our Healthy Generation School goals, Coleman will focus on healthy celebrations. Student birthdays will be recognized on our daily announcements.

To comply with the national health guideline, we do not accept birthday or holiday treats.

*Every student at Coleman Elementary will receive a birthday pencil and card from the office on their birthday.*
