Phones/Smart Watches
Students are extended the privilege of possessing phones/smartwatches on school grounds; however, their use is limited to after-school dismissal and non-school days. These devices must be in the off position, or not used once the student arrives on campus until the end of the school day

All students who are returning to a D303 school will be keeping their devices for the summer.

5th Grade Clap Out Details for 5/30
Parents are welcome to join us, on 5/30, as we celebrate our outgoing 5th graders with our traditional BG Clap Out! Please refer to the map on the right. (click on it to enlarge)
The 5th graders will parade inside the building at 2:45pm, then they will make their way out to all of you by 2:50pm. After the students have paraded by you, they will come back into the school to gather their belongings and to wait for the final dismissal bell at 2:58pm.
Back Up Rain Plan
In the event that it rains, parents will enter at the main entrance and go to the Cafe for the clap out.
Any student not returning to D303 next year will have to return their chromebook and charger by 5/30/24.
AMPE DAY
Thank you to those who agreed to volunteer for AMPE day. We do not need any additional volunteers.

Organic Life, the K-8 Food Service provider for CUSD 303 is looking for candidates to serve as Cashiers, Food Service Workers & Lunchroom Supervisors for the 2023-2024 school year.

- If they are ill, please list their symptoms.

Prearranged absence forms are to be used for absences known in advance such as a planned vacation.
Volunteer Process
We appreciate our volunteers and value your time. When you are in the building for any reason, please be respectful of classroom instruction and do not make unexpected visits to your child's classroom. Thank you for helping us minimize classroom disruptions.

The last restaurant fundraiser of the school year will be at Kimmer’s Ice Cream on Thursday, May 23rd from noon until 9. 20% of all proceeds will come back to the school, so be sure to mention the fundraiser.

SHOUT OUTS
Did your kiddo make an awesome play at their baseball game? Did they win an event in gymnastics? Is it their birthday? Do you just want to make a random day special for them? Send them a SHOUT OUT!! For $10 you can have 5 pictures along with a message displayed on the TV screen outside of the LRC for an entire day. After making your purchase in the Square Store, please send an email to Alicia Flint at aliciafulgencioflint@yahoo.com with your pictures, message and date to be displayed. Pictures MUST be sent 7 days prior to the desired display date or we cannot guarantee your message will be loaded in time.
