Student Belongings

Douglas Families,

Teachers have bagged up your students' belongings to be picked up from school. Please read and follow the process outlined in this message.

1. Personal items will be available for pickup by grade level. If you have more than one student, you can either pick up all of your students' belongings during the oldest student's pick up or come to all the pick-ups.
2. Teachers will not be present during pick up.
3. Drive through the carpool lane. Remain in your vehicle and pull up to the sign with the teacher's name on it. Tell the staff member your student's name. Your bag will be brought to your car, DO NOT get out of your car.
4. You are not required to pick up your materials. They will be stored over the summer and returned to the student next school year.
5. If you ordered a yearbook, it will be included in your student's bag.
6. 5th grade students will be receiving a promotion t-shirt with their items.

Familias Douglas,

Los maestros han empacado las pertenencias de sus estudiantes para que las recojan de la escuela. Por favor, lean y sigan el proceso descrito en este mensaje.

1. Los artículos personales estarán disponibles para ser recogidos por nivel de grado. Si tiene más de un estudiante, puede recoger todas las pertenencias de sus estudiantes durante la recogida su estudiante mayor o venir a todas las recogidas en diferentes horarios.

2. Los profesores no estarán presentes durante la recogida.

3. Conduzca por el carril para compartir el auto, carpool line. Permanezca en su vehículo y deténgase en el letrero con el nombre del maestro. Dígale al miembro del personal el nombre de su estudiante. Su bolsa será llevada a su auto, NO se baje del auto.

4. No está obligado a recoger sus materiales. Serán guardados durante el verano y devueltos al estudiante el próximo año escolar.

5. Si ordenaron un anuario, será incluido en la bolsa de su estudiante.

6. Los estudiantes de 5º grado recibirán una camiseta de promoción con sus artículos.
