End of Year Reporting - K-3rd Grade
Teachers please complete your End of Year Teacher Report and turn that into your Principal. Principals will consolidate teacher data into a Building Report which we will use for state reporting. It is important to make sure that all students are accounted for.
Pathways to Promotion to 4th Grade
This section is for 3rd grade teachers. It is important to understand the pathways for promotion under the RSA law. Below you will find the MPS RSA Quick Guide which outlines all pathways to 4th grade. We are expecting RSA Criteria from state testing around May 16th. It is important to know which of your students have been previously retained, who is on an IEP with Reading/Language Arts goals, and who has meet the STAR Reading minimum for promotion SS of 970.

24-25 ELA Coordinator Meetings
Next year's coordinator day will look a bit different. Due to the limited number of PD days we have before school starts, each coordinator will be setting up meetings in July-September to review curriculum for 24-25. We are super excited to give our day for Leader in Me, as we know this will benefit our students, teachers, and the community. Thank you in advance for your flexibility.
For ELA content, the zoom schedule is below. All meeting are the same, based on grade spans, please pick the date/time that works best for you. I will still be completing first quarter site visits for one-on-one conversations.

ELA Curriculum
Into Reading K-6th Grade
Our Core curriculum for K-6th grade is Into Reading. The online platform is called "ED" inside Clever. This is the core program for Regular Ed ELA instruction. Inside ED you will find:
- Digital Teacher and Student books
- Lesson Slides
- Editable Weekly Plans (pre created lesson plans)
- Student Printables and Assessments
Student My Books and Know it Show It workbooks are consumable and will be replaced each year of our adoption. We are in year two of a six year adoption cycle. Please let your kids use their books! If a student moves within the district, mail their book to the new school. If a student moves out of district, keep their book for any new student you may receive.
Textbook needs must go through your principal and those are filled by our textbook office. Coordinators manage teacher materials, our textbook manager orders and moves textbooks.
