Parents,

I hope that all of our Chameleon Mothers are having a wonderful Mother's Day!

We hated that we had to cancel our field day for our Tracks 2 and 4 students yesterday, but the rain overnight on Thursday just caused our field to be too wet for our games. We have a new date of June 6th as our make up Field Day.

This Tuesday night, Ms. Alles, Ms. Deeb, Ms. Gardner, Ms. Lunsford, and Ms. Poirier will be honored at the Cary Chamber of Commerce Honor a Teacher Ceremony. One of them will win the award for Carpenter. Stay tuned!

Thank you all for your donations, time, and gifts. Are teachers have had a delightful first half of Teacher Appreciation Week, and we will finish "officially" celebrating them on Wednesday.

Don't forget if you have a rising kindergarten student that we have Kindergarten Orientation this Thursday night at 5:30. We hope to see you there!

This week starts our EOGs for our 3rd- 5th graders in Track 1. The EOG schedule for all tracks is listed below.

Wake County Public Schools is administering a District Wide Family Survey from Monday, April 7 through Friday, May 16. This survey provides families the opportunity to provide valuable information and a high-quality data source for planning and School Improvement.

The survey has been translated into various languages- Spanish, Arabic, French, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese in an effort to provide accessibility to families in Wake County Public Schools. The survey administration language can be chosen by families before taking the survey.

Thank you to the 188 families who have already taken the survey!

This is one of the most fun nights of the year as the students celebrate the end of school together and cheer for their teachers as they eat ice cream as fast as they can! Tell your child's teacher that you would love to see them in the contest this year! 😋

Our Family Movie Night is coming up on May 30th! Bring the whole family and watch Wild Robot! This is a free event and will be lots of fun! We hope to see you there!

As part of our Charitable Chameleons Sign-up/Buy-in fundraising effort our families have enjoyed Painting Parent/Student Portraits with Mr. Hann, Cheer Club, Spirit Squad, Knight for a Princess special dance for daughters , and Sons +1 Game Night - thank you to the generous sponsorship from our school staff, PTA, and families for bringing these exciting opportunities to our students.
