Fishing Club: High School Club of the Month!
The Cedar Springs Fishing Club is making waves as our Club of the Month. Open to all high school students, this club is the perfect place to learn, fish, compete, and connect with others who share a passion for the sport.
Meetings: Thursdays | 2:30 - 3:30/4 p.m.

This season, club meetings will feature Brandon Stanley, 2024 FLW & Bass Nation State Champion, who has designed an outstanding curriculum for our anglers.

Join Study Table
Students can drop in for tutoring on any subject, with no sign-up needed! Study tables are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:25 to 3:30 p.m. This is a great time to study, finish homework, or makeup tests and quizzes (if arranged with a teacher).
Transportation is available. Please email Ms. Schultz or Mrs. Teuissen if you need bus transportation.

Strawberry season is here! Order your fresh, hand-picked Florida strawberries online today (orders due by Feb 25)! These berries are packed with care and shipped directly to Michigan for the freshest flavor.
In addition to strawberries, FFA is also selling delicious jams and salsas! Every purchase supports the future of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources Education at CSHS.

Become a SKYWARN Weather Spotter!
Help keep our community safe by becoming a SKYWARN Severe Weather Spotter! Attend a free training workshop on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Grand Rapids First (2100 44th St. SW, Wyoming, MI 49519).
Participants will learn:
- How thunderstorms develop
- How to identify severe weather features
- What weather information to report & how to report it
- Basic severe weather safety
Who can attend? Anyone 13 years or older with an interest in weather—no prior experience needed!
This workshop is presented by the National Weather Service in partnership with Kent County, Ottawa County, and the City of Grand Rapids Emergency Management. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference in severe weather preparedness!
Graduation Announcement & Accessories Delivery Reminder!
Seniors, your graduation announcements and accessories will be delivered during lunch on Tuesday, February 25th.
- If you owe a balance, it must be paid in full before delivery day. A reminder invoice was sent to the email on file. You can pay online or by calling Jostens at 616-330-2141.
- Final payment at school? Only cash (exact change) or money orders will be accepted. Checks cannot be accepted for final payment.

Senior Ads in Yearbook
The Cedar Springs High School Yearbook staff is now accepting senior recognition ads for the class of 2025. These ads will be featured in a special section of the 2024-2025 yearbook. Please take this special opportunity to tell your senior how proud you are of his or her achievements!
Senior ads are available for a limited time on a space-available basis. All ad elements and payments must be submitted no later than noon on Thursday, March 27, 2025. Please follow the instructions below as you gather elements for your ad. Please email hsyearbook@csredhawks.org with questions regarding your senior recognition ad.
FINAL DEADLINE: March 27, 2025
- 1/8 page is $50 : includes one photo and a small blurb.
- 1/4 page is $75 : includes one current photo, three to four photos of your choice, and a message.
- 1/2 page is $125 : includes one current photo, four to eight photos of your choice, and a message.
- 1 FULL page is $225 : includes one current photo, up to sixteen photos of your choice, and a message.
