Page Middle Families,

Happy New Year! We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable winter break.

Tomorrow is NOT a late start and class begins at 7:40. Please note Page High will have a new car line drop off procedure (see attached map). All their drop off traffic will exit directly across from our car rider line. Please be aware of this change and proceed with caution. We want to remind anyone using the car rider line to pull all the forward until the car in front of you stops or you are stopped by a staff member. By filling up the entire loop we can make the traffic line work faster. If you stop short you will be making the drop off process less efficient. Doors are open at both ends of the car rider line so there is no advantage to stopping closer to the main entrance.

Please ensure your child dresses warmly. We will be going outdoors for recess when the wind chill is above 32 degrees. We are required to have fire drills every 30 days and it can get cold while waiting outdoors.

Page Middle was recently identified as the #8 ranked Middle School in Tennessee by the U.S. News based on ELA and Math standardized test scores. We are glad to be in the top 10, but we will continue to strive for better. Please encourage and support your child with their school work. Attitude is one of the best predictors of school success. Please establish learning as a priority for your child and treat it as a privilege and not a chore. Together we can continue to prepare our students for their best future.

EQUALS BEFORE SCHOOL DETENTION ON THE NEXT LATE START DAY.

NO BUS PASSES AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. Per direction from the WCS Transportation Department, we CANNOT write bus passes for students to ride a bus other than their own. Thank you for your understanding.
