Plans for Homecoming
We have had to make changes due to Covid and social distancing.
We will still have dress up week, we will still have posters, and we will have the election of the Duke and Duchess as well as King and Queen. The crowning will be during half time of the football game.
Online Voting for Homecoming Court will take place on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
On campus students as well as remote students will be allowed to be nominated and all of high school will be able to vote.
Poster rules
Poster’s must be 10 x 10 and represent the theme your class has chosen. *Please DO NOT indicate anywhere on the poster which class affiliation.*
. Because of social distancing only 4 (four) students can work on the poster at a time and you must wear a mask while participating. Sponsors you will need to monitor this.
Posters are be hung in the cafeteria by noon, on Monday, October 5, 2020, and please remove them by 1 pm on Friday, October 9, 2020.
Dress Up Days
STUCO will have this information by September 25, 2020.
Parade
There will be no parade, no pep rally and no burning of the GHS letters this year.
