May News and Upcoming Events 2024
Dear Parents/Legal Guardians,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Wildcat Mothers for graciously celebrating Mother's Day with their loved ones. The recent event was a tremendous success, drawing a significant number of mothers, and enabling us to pay tribute to their unwavering dedication to their children. It was truly a pleasure engaging with each of you over coffee and pastries.
Your steadfast commitment, unwavering support, and nurturing care for your children and our school do not go unnoticed.
As we approach the culmination of the academic year, it is imperative to keep you abreast of forthcoming events. Your continued support, adaptability, and focus will be instrumental during this crucial period.
We kindly request assistance for our father volunteers during field day pick-up arrangements. All Pro Dad participation would greatly benefit our efforts to assist with set up and operations. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your availability to lend a hand in these capacities.
We are sincerely grateful for your ongoing support.
Best regards,
Mrs. Granados

May Calendar Updates
May 16th is Field Day- Get Ready
Just a quick reminder about our upcoming Field Day event. Participants, don't forget to bring a towel and a dry shirt or shorts.
Parents are welcome to join and we appreciate any volunteers during the event.
To ensure the safety of all attendees, we kindly request that parents of younger children refrain from bringing them to the event. This precaution is necessary due to the presence of water and crowds, and we want to ensure that each school child receives sole attention.
Please have your physical ID for verification and security.
If you have any issues, contact the main office in advance.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Completion Ceremony PK-5th
As we approach the Completion and Promotion Ceremonies, please take note of the following important information:
- Please review the calendar for the dates of the ceremonies. The calendar was shared with all families at the beginning of May.
- Ensure that your children arrive at school on time and are dressed appropriately for the occasion.
- All questions regarding programs, attire, and logistics should be directed to the grade-level teachers.
Since this is a special day for our families, we kindly request that students remain on campus for after-event celebrations. Students may receive early dismissal, and all early dismissal procedures must be followed for safety reasons. Parents will need to report to the front office for checkout, so please have your physical ID available. In case you do not have a physical ID, we may use your child's file or our security system to identify each parent.
Thank you for your attention to these details as we prepare for this memorable day.

May 16th Field Day
I am pleased to inform you that Field Day is scheduled for May 16th. This event presents a fantastic opportunity for our children to gather and embody the R.O.A.R. motto, emphasizing team building, collaboration, sportsmanship, and respect. Supporting and cheering on their peers is not only significant but also a prerequisite for a successful and enjoyable occasion.
Our school cafeteria will be providing lunch as usual, and we encourage visiting parents to bring a picnic blanket and additional snacks to enhance the day further.
Pending the weather, we may conduct the field day indoors. Please stay tuned.
Let us collaborate to ensure that this Field Day becomes a truly memorable experience for our children.
