A Message from Principal Woofter
We have had a fantastic week!
The highlight would definitely be the first International Culture Night that was held on Tuesday evening! A big thanks to all of our families that shared their culture through incredible displays, delicious dishes, traditional attire and artifacts, and music. I heard several guests comment that they had no idea that we had so many different cultures represented within our Archer Glen family! Additionally, we had over 120 students and their families in attendance. Students were able to collect stickers to fill their passports as they traveled from country to country. With the success of this event, we are already talking about additions for next year's Culture Night!
This is a busy time of year! We will always include upcoming events and notices within this Weekly Update to keep you ahead of all the end-of-year activities taking place. We have two big happenings tonight: 5th grade Parent Night at Sherwood Middle School and our PAC Dine Out at Pastini's in Bridgeport. Hopefully, your family is able to participate in one (or both!) of these events!
If you have not done so already, please consider completing the Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey that is linked below and was sent in a ParentSquare email yesterday. We truly value your input and utilize the feedback to guide changes and experiences for our families. Thank you in advance for your time and input!
Kindly,
Sarah

Parent and Caregiver Experience Survey
Dear Parents and Caregivers,
As part of our commitment to providing continuous service excellence to our families and community, we are conducting a survey in partnership with Studer Education. Your feedback will help us determine what is working well in your child’s school and any areas that may need improvement.
The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. We encourage you to complete it in one sitting, as your responses will be saved once you click submit. The survey will ask you to select your child’s school, and you can complete a separate survey for each of the schools your children attend.
The Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey can be accessed here:
Sherwood School District – Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey or
the QR Code above
The survey closes on Monday, April 21st.
To maintain confidentiality of the Parent/Caregiver Experience Survey, our partners at Studer Education will be administering the survey, managing the data collection, and aggregating the data to provide results reports to leaders.
Thank you for your commitment to our success!
