Hello Palmyra Families,

This is Ms. Bletterman with the Weekly/Daily News!

What an amazing start of the school year!! It was so great to see all our Palmyra families send their students off to school this morning.

Thank you for being careful to park and walk in our surrounding streets as your students were welcomed back to school.

Tomorrow -Safety First:

• Be aware that the drop off/pick up line will have a lot more traffic.
• Make sure to talk to your students about crosswalk safety and how to watch for cars and traffic.
• When dropping off your student please be aware that there will not be a crossing guard to help them to cross the street. Please use caution when using the crosswalk.
• Please drop and go in the drive through lane only - no parking or leaving your car unattended.
• If you would like to walk your student to the gate, park your car in the parking lot or the streets surrounding Palmyra. Please DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR when in the drive through lanes unattended. This creates a lot of chaos in front of the school when families are in a hurry.

New Security Door System

We are excited to announce the installation of a new security door at our school. To enter the front office, please ring the doorbell located on the brick wall next to the front office door. A staff member will promptly buzz you in.
