Thank you for a great week! Even the high winds couldn't keep our students from learning. Our hearts go out to all those affected by the fires in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. At the same time, many of us have loved ones working courageously to protect lives, property, and communities during this unimaginable time. We extend our deepest gratitude for their bravery and the vital work they are doing.

• January 23 - Family Arts Night, 6:00-7:30 pm
• January 31 - ELAC/Parent Meeting, 8:10 am LET'S TALK ABOUT OPIOID POISONING, OUR CHILDREN, OUR YOUNG ADULTS, AND HOW WE CAN SAVE A LIFE WITH THE TRAINING OF THE USE OF NALOXONE. You will leave with a free supply of Naloxone, educational material to share with your family and friends, and the ability to train others. The death rates went down in 2023 due to people having Naloxone on them and the ability to use it.

Ladera Vista Jr. High School of the Arts is welcoming prospective families for an information night on Tuesday, January 14th at 6PM. Families will learn about the opportunities at Junior High School and the process for selecting electives this Spring. The LV team looks forward to meeting our new incoming families!
