By implementing a comprehensive approach that integrates balanced assessments, Culturally Responsive Instruction, and aligned pacing and standards, we are committed to providing each student with a common and rigorous educational experience.
A Message from SHS Administration
Drop off/Pick up
We continue to have parents wait to pick up students in the staff/special needs lot (see diagram below). It is imperative that pickups happen in the north loop on the east side if you are picking your students up before the end of the day.
We will periodically have monitors out to help instruct those who are in the wrong area for pickup.
Thank you for your attention to this.
Drop off loops
Please follow the yellow arrows for our student drop-off loops. Red "X" and blue "*" areas are not for pick-up or drop off UNLESS you are dropping off a student with special needs.
Please contact school administration if you have any questions.
Student Parking Areas
Students should park in lots with a green checkmark. Students who park in areas with a red x will be asked to move their vehicles.
Parking passes are available here: SHS Parking | Saline Area Schools (revtrak.net)

Michigan Law regarding Career Readiness:
In-Demand Occupations: Under MCL 380.1278c, schools are required to provide students with "the most recent analysis of in-demand occupations" produced by the state for their region as part of their EDP development and revision process. The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget annually produces and updates these analyses of in-demand occupations. These publications highlight hot jobs and regional and state-wide career outlook prospectively (through the year 2030). (Resource)
