iReady Diagnostic 3 & PM #3 Assessments
We are a closed campus (no guests/volunteers) on all PM#3 testing days.
If your child is absent on the day of testing he/she will make-up the assessment up when possible, during the testing window (there is no set make- up day).

Staff Appreciation Week
Staff Appreciation Week is less than 1 month away - we need your help!
We are headed back to the 90's for our Themed Week (dress up all week but especially Friday!)
DONATIONS NEEDED!
We are looking for donations for daily Staff drawings - you can send items into the front office by April 30th attn: PTO-Melissa
Items we are looking for include:
Gift Cards (restaurants, movies, Disney, Universal, Amazon, Target, local experiences...)
Summer Fun Items (Stanley's/Yeti's, beach bags, fishing gear, grilling items...)
Gift Baskets (skin care, candles, Lilly, handbags, Travel items, Charcuterie...).

The refrigerators will go in the classroom pods for teachers and students. They will replace refrigerators that are not longer working as they were from when VME opened about 18 years ago. The fifth grade building will receive mini refrigerators, they are the best fit in those classroom pods. We are excited for these new additions to our school!

SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL (SAC)
The School Advisory Council (SAC) is a school-based group intended to represent the school, the community and the students. The group shares responsibility for guiding the school toward continuous improvement. The School Advisory Council is responsible for final decision making at the school relating to the implementation of the provisions of the annual School Improvement Plan (SIP).
School Advisory Council (SAC) meetings are held in the VME Media Center from 5:30-6:30 PM.
Tentative Meeting Dates for 2024-2025 SY (Tuesday evenings):
