The Pre-K-Kinder Lot will be closed Friday due to Walk-a-Thon. Please use the Elementary black gate near the BBQ for drop-off.

Thank you to 7th grader Norah for inspiring our Walk-a-Thon t-shirt design! Student shirts will be sent home on Thursday and should be worn on Friday for Walk-a-Thon. We will be selling shirts for parents after school each day until sold out. Shirts are $15 and will be charged in FACTS. Sizes are limited so be sure to get yours early!

NOTICE OF IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL STUDENTS ENTERING OR RETURNING FOR FALL 2024-2025:

ALL STUDENTS between the ages 4-6 years old or 11-12 years old.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILD'S MOST RECENT SHOT RECORDS FOR THESE IMMUNIZATIONS AS SOME CHILDREN HAVE ALREADY RECEIVED THEM.

Please note that if your child has had immunizations, they have to have had these immunizations on or after the age of 4 or between 4-6 y.o, or after the age of 11 or between 11-12 y.o to be ACCEPTABLE:

We are in need of new parents and grandparents to join on our 2024 Harvest Festival Committees! Our committees are: Children's Raffle, Silent Auction, Games, Booth Decorations, Activities, Haunted House, Food, and Stage. Representatives will be on campus May 16th after school at 2:50pm with sign-up sheets. All OLLV families are welcome and encouraged to attend! The Harvest Festival is our number one fundraiser and volunteers are always needed. Thank you in advance for your support!

Attached are the supply lists for the 2024-2025 school year. Families also have the option to order their school supply kits from the newly owned School Bright Kits. Because of the late delivery last year, the new owner is offering 25% off all orders and a guarantee on time delivery or free! Please see the flyer below for more information.

Please be sure you send lunch to school with your students OR order from Better Lunch. We charge $10 per day for any student who we have to provide a lunch for.

**Snack Shack is only open on days when parents volunteer. Be sure to send your child a snack and lunch in the instance that the snack shack is closed.

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
