As the digital world continues to evolve, understanding our students' social media behavior is important for parents and caregivers to ensure safe and responsible online interactions. The West Virginia Department of Education (WVDE), Parent Guidance, and Safer Schools Together have provided some valuable resources to support families and help our students make good choices.

By staying informed and establishing open communication, parents can play an active role in helping their children develop responsible and safe digital habits. Please review with your students the importance of telling a trusted adult about any threats, and the severe consequences associated with making them.
