Community Check In - Fall 2024
Reminder 10/10/24
Subject: Reminder: ThoughtExchange Closes Soon – Share Your Feedback by October 11!
Dear NTCSD Community,
This is a friendly reminder that our ThoughtExchange will close on Friday, October 11, 2024. We’ve had great participation so far, with 183 thoughts and 5,259 ratings shared in response to our question:
Four weeks into the new school year, what do you think our schools are doing well, and what can we focus on to improve?
There are many new thoughts to rate, and we encourage your continued engagement. Your feedback is valuable in helping us celebrate our strengths and identify areas for growth.

Message 10/1/24
We need your input in the first month of school to celebrate our successes, address challenges, and continue to improve all areas of our school district.
We will use your thoughts to understand where we are doing well and where we need to grow. We are using ThoughtExchange so everyone has a chance to share their perspectives and understand what’s most important to the group.
Introduction
Please view the one-minute introduction video from Superintendent Jachlewski.
Come back often until Friday, October 11, to rate new ideas.
Quick Tips:
This Exchange is confidential. Your thoughts will be shared with other participants, but not your identity.
Please be clear in your thought(s), is it something we are doing well or something we can improve?
You can share as much as you'd like, but please add separate thoughts so it's easier for others to rate.
Please remain polite and respectful - thoughts that are rude, hurtful, or identifying will be removed from the Exchange.
You will see and rate thoughts that others have shared: 5 stars = strongly agree, 3 = neutral, 1 star = strongly disagree.
You do not need to rate all thoughts, though it's recommended to rate at least 20.
