If your student has prescription medications in the clinic, please pick those up by school dismissal on May 22, 2025. Any remaining medicines will be disposed.

7th grade IMMUNIZATION REMINDER

All students entering 7th grade are required to have the following immunizations PRIOR to Monday, August 04, 2025.

Tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis booster (“T-dap”)

Verification of immunity to Varicella (chicken pox): 2 doses or history (dates) of disease – either must be documented.

For your student to start school at Coulter Grove Intermediate School on Monday, August 04, 2025, an updated immunization record, printed on the OFFICIAL “Tennessee Department of Health Certificate of Immunization” form, must be provided to the school.

PLEASE use these next few months to get your child’s immunizations updated and PRINTED ON THE CORRECT FORM. Your health care provider or the local health department can do this.

If, for religious reasons, your child is exempt from immunizations, please stop by the school clinic and sign a “Religious Exemption” form before August 04, 2025.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes is hosting a summer camp at Maryville College. The camp is open to any student who would like to attend. Please see the flyer below and use the attached registration link for more information.

The CGIS Back-to-School Block Pool Party will be on Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 7:00-9:00pm at John Sevier Pool. Come meet teachers and find out what house you will be in next year! There will be food trucks and fun for all!
