Dear SVDP Community,

The faculty and staff want to thank those that attended our Back School Night. We appreciate you spending a weeknight with us, and we hope that you found it beneficial in supporting your student's success.

Your students have a four day weekend. Tomorrow our teachers will be participating in religious professional development and there is no school. Then on Monday we observe the Labor Day Holiday. We will see your students on Tuesday - rested and ready to learn.

We are experiencing some disruption in the drop off and pick up lines. Please review the attached document so that everyone participates in the line safely and efficiently. Thank you!

Today is the last day to purchase your 2023-2024 Spirit Shirt and support the de Paul Youth Club. There is no requirement to buy this item, however, it will be the only Spirit Shirt that can be worn on designated Spirit Days and field trips. Have other SVDP tee shirts? Don't worry! We will be hosting other days where any SVDP shirt will be welcome.

We have hired one full-time instructional aide, Hailey Kim. Look for her bio and photo in our next newsletter. We are still interviewing for a Spanish teacher and another instructional aide position. Know a potential candidate? Resumes can be emailed to administration@svdpsf.com.

Registration closes tomorrow, Friday, September 1st. Confirmation emails will be sent after Labor Day.
