A dash of Mindfulness-based SEL for everyone!
June--Helllllloo Summer!
As we roll into summer, we sure hope you dedicate some much needed time for your well-being. Consider doing something small each day for you, whether its an affirmation you say each morning when you wake or a mindful walk through your favorite hiking spot. We've put together some great resources to help you reflect and rejuvenate.
Be well & breathe,
