PRESCHOOL NEWS
Preschool News: The preschoolers had the opportunity to experience a mobile planetarium in the
school gym on Monday, March 25th . They learned about the reason for day and night, the seasons,
information about the moon, sun, constellations and other planets. It was an enriching learning activity for all. Thank you to the Stillwater Township PTA.
The last snowfall this winter turned the school yard into a winter wonderland for the students! A fun
snow day took place where the preschoolers rode on snow tubes, made snowmen, made snow angels, played tick tack toe in the snow using snow markers, and created snow sculptures using sand molds. As one student commented about this special day, “It was the best day ever”.
Thanks to Mrs. Domiciano, the students in Mrs. Pierson’s class were given the opportunity to hatch
chicken eggs using an incubator. The children are counting down the days till the eggs hatch! The
students take turns adding water to the incubator and color an egg on a chart each day to help with the count down.
Happy Spring!

KINDERGARTEN NEWS
The kindergarten classes have been having fun with St. Patrick’s Day, spring and Dr. Seuss activities. We have been working very hard in Writer’s Workshop writing “All About” books. We are writing true facts about a subject we know a lot about. In math we are learning about the numbers and patterns from 1-100. Everyone had fun at our egg hunt on the last day before break. We are all anxiously awaiting the nice weather! Happy Spring!

FIRST GRADE NEWS
This week the students in first grade enjoyed bunny week. They read several stories about different bunnies and completed various follow up activities. They enjoyed designing their own Easter egg and being an illustrator of the story Knuffle Bunny. The week culminated with an Easter egg hunt. We hope everyone enjoys spring break!

We are accepting baby pictures as an email attachment or you can send in an actual photo and we will scan it.
