Happy Spring Break! There is no school for students or teachers next week. We return on April 1st and will have a busy rest of the school year. When we return students will have 7 school days remaining in the 3rd quarter. Please be sure to read messages and check the website frequently so you are fully informed!

There will be a class meeting for all Juniors on April 2nd at 9:45 am. Students will be dismissed from their 2nd period class at that time to report to the Auditorium. The meeting will last until lunch and students will be dismissed from the Auditorium to go to lunch.

ATTENTION PARENTS: The Cary Tennis Park is hosting a Professional Pickleball Tournament the week of April 1 – 5. You will NOT be allowed to pick up your children in the Cary Tennis Park parking lot during the tournament. We WILL allow students to walk through the Park in the morning before school starts and in the 15 minutes immediately after school lets out. At any other times the facility will be OFF limits to anyone wanting to pass through the park unless they buy a ticket to the event.

FAB is giving 3 scholarships for graduating seniors. It is for students who are supported by FAB (Dance, Theater, Orchestra and Visual Arts).

The Green Hope Dance Team will hold an interest meeting on Tuesday, April 9th at 4pm. The meeting will be held in the Orchestra/Dance room. Dancers interested in auditioning for the 2024-2025 Green Hope Dance Team should plan to attend this meeting. If your dancer is interested but cannot attend this meeting or if you have questions, contact Coach Winans at swinans@wcpss.net.

• The Overcoming Adversity Scholarship is an award worth $2,000 for one graduating senior from Green Hope High School who has exhibited the namesake trait, and who is pursuing higher education in the upcoming (2024-25) school year. To secure your spot, please return the completed Xtreme Beginnings Student Packet by Tuesday, April 2, 2024. 📝 With Green Hope being awarded 25 spots, students will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the order in which permission forms are received.
