Dinosaur Museum, Kenosha Public Museum & Civil War Museum

The time is here for re-registration. As you can imagine it can be very difficult to plan for a school like ours since our enrollment is ever changing. However, to do the best we possibly can, the sooner we know how many students are returning, the sooner we can plan for the upcoming year.

To complete registration there are 3 options:

1. Re-registering - meaning you will be returning to one of the Wisconsin Virtual Academies next fall (WIVA K8, WIVA HS, or DCA)

2. Not registering - meaning you will be enrolling your student elsewhere next year

3. Undecided - you can let us know when you decide or if we don't hear back we will reach out to ensure we can help answer any questions.

You may have already completed this as it opened today, April 1st. If you have not and are confused about any steps, I have provided a step by step guide that will take you through the process. As a reminder, if you are a learning coach but not a legal guardian, you will not be able to re-register the student, the legal guardian will need to complete the registration under their account.

Any current students can simply follow this process and would not need to open enroll via DPI. However, if there are students who are currently not enrolled and not attending here, you will want to follow the open enrollment process for those students. Open enrollment closes on April 30th and is the best option for your new to WIVA student to begin here on time next school year.

The WIVA K12 Zone is an interactive virtual campus that turns online school into an open-world experience. Hang out with classmates, participate in activities and clubs, and access learning resources in a safe, welcoming environment.
