Deadline to Confirm September Rosters 9/29/24
9/30: Class count & the registration fee will be pulled for September instructor billing calculations
10/2: Instructors will receive an invoice from HSC
10/15: September payment due
10/16: *September late fees begin
Please ensure your rosters are correct by September 29th. No adjustments will be made after this date.
*Late fees will be waived for the September billing cycle .
How Billing Is Calculated
The HSC Service Fee is calculated and payable in 4 monthly installments. Each month, the Instructor’s roster(s) will be pulled on the date indicated in the above chart to ensure accurate enrollment. The invoice will be based on the number of students on the instructor’s HSC roster on the Calculation Date.
Steps for Requesting to Unenroll a Student
- Locate the class you are requesting to unenroll a student from
- Click on the "number" of students for that class
- Click on the “View Details”
- Follow the instructions at the bottom of the page
Unenrolled Students and Record of Payments
1. Login to your Instructor Portal
2. Click on the "number" of unenrolled students
3. Click on "Enter/Modify Instructor Notes" (see picture below)
4. Enter any and all payments that you obtained as a result of a student enrolling in your class (see the sample notes in the picture below).
To clarify our payment policies regarding students who unenroll after the class start date, please check with your charters to determine which ones are willing to pay the complete semester amount once the P.O. has been processed and sent to the instructor, regardless of the student's enrollment status. Additionally, some other charters may agree to pay the first month of the 4 installments under similar conditions
We kindly ask that you honor this agreement and complete the necessary fields for your unenrolled students. We will be reaching out to the parents of unenrolled students regarding the HSC registration fee and will be informed of those who already sent in payment.

This system will help you organize and track all your POs and payments, featuring automated reminders for families to submit their payments by the deadlines.
