TVEA Grievance

A school district has a must inform school employees when a student has engaged in certain activities (Ed Code 49079). The TVEA Grievance Committee is collecting data to measure the effectiveness of notification of suspensions by the District during the three previous school years.

Please complete this one time questionnaire to help guide a discussion between TVEA Grievance and TVUSD Safety Team with a goal to develop a better system of reporting offenses by students as defined by Ed Code.
