After the great time with our families at Lunch and Learn from 12:45 to 1:15 we will have volunteers help set up Team building stations for students to engage in together and earn points for their homeroom.
Team building activities will kick off at 1:30 and wrap up between 2:15-2:25. This will be a great time for our parent volunteers to run stations as students work together, show team pride and earn some points toward being crowned TEAM CHAMPION!
From 2:30-3:10 we will hold a school wide celebration in the gym with a performance by our cheerleaders, dance club, and so much more where we will recognize Fall athletes, student council reps and officers, Team Building champion and kick off our School fundraiser.
IF YOU CAN COME FOR ONE OR MORE OF THESE TIMES PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BY CLICKING THE LINK ABOVE OR CALL THE SCHOOL AT 336-674-4266.
Attendance Matters
Please note being in school each day is IMPORTANT but only if you are not sick to prevent spread of germs to others. Please be sure to notify the school if your child is out sick multiple days in a row, test positive for Covid or other viruses. Also, students are not allowed back to school until at least 24 hours from fever or symptoms of Covid, flu or other contagious items.
We are kicking off an Attendance Matters campaign November 1st-December 16th. We are looking for the grade level with the best attendance. So if you are not sick please be at school on time (8:20 am) and remain thru dismissal (3:20 pm). Appointments are best if they are done afterschool when possible so students do not miss vital instruction. The winning grade level will get "Free social time with their peers" the last 20-25 minutes of the school day on December 16th.
PLEASE NOTE IF YOU MUST LEAVE EARLY FOR AN APPOINTMENT , IT SHOULD BE ON A LIMITED BASIS AND WHEN POSSIBLE RETURN TO FINISH OUT THE DAY. Please bring back a doctors note so the early dismissal will be excused. Any dismissals that are leaving before the end of the day without return should be checked out by 3:00 and a doctors note brought the following day upon return.
