April 2023
Principal's Message
And just like that, it is April! With that in mind the school will be very busy from April to the end of the school year! It is hard to believe there are approximately 40 school days left this year. Teachers are exploring options to celebrate the year together that may include some field trips, concerts, and field day activities. I know all three grades have activities coming up so please keep a lookout for permission slips and information.. As events pop up, we will keep you posted through emails, flyers home with students, the monthly newsletter and information on our website. Please continue to check for updated information so you don’t miss out on any deadlines!
During this past week our third and fourth grade students completed the ELA portion of the state MCAS test. We were extremely proud of the students' efforts and willingness to do their best work. We will have the Math portion of the MCAS during the 2nd and 3rd weeks of May. More information will be sent out as we get closer to the actual dates.
Finally, we wish you all a great Spring break with your families and we sincerely hope that you get to spend some well deserved time with your children. We are very proud of their growth each and every day. As always, if you have any questions, compliments or concerns please feel free to reach out at any time.
Happy Spring!
