Join us for an evening of games, inflatable slides, a petting zoo, bubble fun, food and dessert, a silent auction, and fun with our school community!

In order for an event of this magnitude to come together, many volunteers are needed to lend a hand. We invite every Wildwood family to find a way to serve in some capacity by contributing to the event or working a shift at our Fall Fest. Even former students are invited to sign up to work the alumni booth or another volunteer position of their choosing.

Please take a look at our Fall Fest Volunteer SignUp. We are in need of a lot of volunteers throughout the night to make our Fall Fest run smoothly. Each family should try and take at least one shift for the evening. Each grade is assigned one booth to man throughout the night. We also have slots to help with selling drinks, helping out at the inflatables, selling goodies at the bake sale, and one of the most important jobs - helping with clean up at the end of the night. We appreciate all your help in making this a fun night for the whole family.

Calling all bakers (or buyers!) Please sign up below to donate baked goods for our bake sale. Details can also be found in the link below. (Note: we will be doing a "Squishmallow" Walk, sponsored by the 4th grade classes, in lieu of the Cake Walk this year, so we don't need cake walk donations).

Ticket forms will go home on Wednesday, October 9, but the form is also attached below. Pre-sale tickets will come home in the Wednesday packet on October 23th. We will also be selling tickets on the following dates out in front of the school (Zelle, Cash, Check, and Credit Card available):

Tuesday, Oct. 22nd from 1:00pm – 1:30pm and Wednesday, Oct. 23th from 2:15pm – 2:45pm

You can purchase tickets the night of the event with CASH ONLY.

We are offering a variety of food options. Dominos Pizza, Vakitas El Original Tacos, and Chick Fil A will be available for purchase. Please see the order form as Chick Fil A will be pre-orders only with a very limited amount available for purchase night of.

Plan to bring extra cash for our Bake Sale! All items are donation based and 100% of bake sale proceeds go directly back to Wildwood!

There will also be water, soda, and chips for sale.

Please make sure to fill out and bring the waiver below if you are planning to use the inflatables or do any rock climbing at Fall Fest.

Our Silent Auction will look a little different this year! We are trying out an online silent auction. You will receive more information with the link as the event gets closer.

Our Room Parents are working hard collecting donations for class baskets. If you (or someone you know) has something awesome to donate to our auction- we would LOVE to include it. Think- a weekend at a Big Bear cabin, Rams tickets, restaurants, experiences, etc!

Our auction will go live at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 23 and it will close on Sunday, October 27 at 9:00pm.

There will be designated pick-up times for items purchased the week after Fall Festival. Please note items will be for local pick-up only.

Since we are doing things a little differently this year, there will be no Teacher Experience Raffle.
