Summer School Registration Window: CLOSED ON Wednesday, May 1, 2024
Students and families should have been notified of summer school placement in May and accepted placement in the course prior to May 30th.
Summer School SENIORS ONLY: Monday, June 3 - Friday, June 21, 2024
Summer School TERM 1: Wednesday, June 12 - Wednesday, July 3, 2024
Summer School TERM 2: Tuesday, July 8- Tuesday, August 1, 2024

Summer Opportunities
RP Library will host FREE SAT test prep
The RP Library will host FREE SAT test prep, in coordination with UCSD Extension, with sessions beginning August 24. There are a total of 6 sessions and they will be held Saturday afternoons at the RP library. Registration is required and will open July 10. I am hoping that you can share this with your students before school lets out.
The RP Library will also be hosting a PACE (Parent and Caregiver Education) workshop on Monday, June 6 at 6 pm on Social/Emotional Needs and Stress Reduction, https://sandiego.librarymarket.com/event/social-and-emotional-needs-and-stress-reduction-362114. The flyer for this program is also attached. I am hoping that you can also promote this workshop to your families.
San Diego Public Library's Summer Reading Program begins Saturday, June 1 and runs through Saturday, August 31. The flyer is attached as well. The RP library will be hosting a SRP Kickoff event on Saturday, June 1 from 10:30 am - noon with face painting and crafts in the library's parking lot. Community partners and organizations will be on hand to share their resources with the community.
SCOIR Information
If you applied to college, please update your SCOIR account.
Go to My Colleges in SCOIR, select a college you applied to, under application status select "Update Your Outcome" for each college.
For those colleges you have been accepted to, a green "Mark as Enrolling" button will appear. Select this for the school you will be attending in the fall.

Mental Heath Support
Counselors are available to help support students through any personal, social, or academic concerns. Please reach out to your counselor if you need support. Additional hotlines and resources are provided below.

Teen Mental Health First Aid Training
Westview High School students are invited to a FREE evidence based peer to peer training for ages 14-18, grades 9-12, called Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) training.
Training will be held in August during Welcome Week. See flyer for more info and use QR code or link in comments to register. Spaces are limited to 30 students.
