Senior Clap Out/Elementary Visits
Tuesday, June 4th
Senior Class of 2024 Clap Out
Clap Out 2024 will take place on Tuesday, 6/4 @ 2:00PM at each of our four elementary schools. Seniors are invited to go back for one last visit to their 5th grade, MUSD elementary campus to have their graduation celebrated with a Clap Out from the students and staff from their respective schools. Participating Seniors are being requested to be at the schools by no later than 1:55PM dressed in their gowns and caps.
Once on campus, Seniors should locate either the Principal or Office Manager for the school for further instructions. All participating Seniors and their families are being asked to please follow the direction of the school site with regards to accessing the campus.
Please remember that all of our elementary schools have limited visitor parking and congestion nearing dismissal time & you and your families are being requested to park off campus. Once Clap Out is complete, students and their families are being requested to depart the school to allow for dismissal of students. Please do not plan to visit classrooms or teachers following clap out.
This is a tradition that we would like to continue for future graduates and all Seniors and parents should follow all instruction and guidance from the Principal and Office Manager.
Congratulations to the Alhambra High School Class of 2024!

Commencement Conduct Guidelines
*This is NOT a ticketed event*
Commencement is a time to celebrate and enjoy the accomplishments of the Class of 2024. However, it is also ceremonial. You are asked to honor the spirit of this important occasion by conducting yourself in a manner that is respectful of the graduates and their guests. Hearing a graduates name as they walk across the stage is the moment everyone is waiting for.
This is your student's commencement, but it is also the commencement of their peers. We want all students to receive praise and be able to hear their names as they go across the stage. Please cheer and clap respectfully ONLY as your student's name is being called.
By participating and attending Alhambra High School's Commencement ceremony, you agree to observe the following guidelines. Anyone in violation will be escorted out by security:
- Guests and graduates may NOT bring in or use air horns, bull horns, cow bells or any other disruptive noise makers. This is strictly prohibited and these items will be confiscated.
- Please leave balloons in your car as they obstruct the view of people around the balloons. Balloons are not allowed inside the stadium during the ceremony.
- Guests and or graduates in violation by using the above or any other disruptions will be asked to leave immediately and escorted out by security.
- The use and/or possession of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- For your safety and the safety of others, please do not toss any objects in the air during the ceremony.
- No guests are allowed on the field at any time before or during the ceremony.
- Absolutely no spiked heels on the turf!
Knowles Field will open and ready for your arrival at 5:00 PM. Gates will remain locked until then. Handicapped parking spaces are available in the lower parking lot. Seating for parents and guests will be in the bleachers. Field level seating is primarily for people who are disabled or have difficulty accessing the bleachers. One additional family member will be permitted to sit with guests who are disabled. Standing around the roped graduation area is prohibited.
Please do not park on the grassy areas of the campus
Anyone responsible for damages of school property, including the lawn and sprinkling systems will be billed.
