The 9th Annual Red Santa Head Sale is coming up:

NJHS will be selling Red Santa heads the week of December 2nd for $5 to be able to wear free/Christmas dress the week of December 9th. You can see Mrs. Blackwell or a NJHS student to get your Red Santa Head! All proceeds will go toward our NJHS Christmas party! Thank you for all your support!

Balfour will be on campus on Wednesday, December 11 during lunch to collect orders from the seniors in room 106.

We will have a special sing along chapel in the Dabney Wednesday, December 11. Elementary will be included.

Secondary's Ugly Christmas Sweater day will be Thursday, December 12th. Students are allowed to wear their tackiest Christmas sweater with appropriate Friday dress bottoms. If not participating students must be in uniform.

Loving Legacy will also be on Thursday the 12th. High School StuCo will pass out Christmas Cookies during lunch.

Middle School Student council is selling Candy Grams for $1 Wednesday through Friday. Please see Mr. Gremillion or a student council member to purchase one.

Midterms are just around the corner! Please carefully read the exam schedules below for any information you may need to know for exam week. Any student's planning to participate in exemptions will need to notify the teacher whose test they are exempting by December 13th. This is a hard deadline.

Portfolios are due on the day before midterms on Tuesday, December 17th.

Christmas Break is almost here! We'll out Dec 23, 2024 - Jan 6, 2025. Students Return Jan 7, 2025 this is an “A” Day for Secondary.

Balfour will be on campus during lunch, Wednesday, January 22, in the Dabney to size students for Letterman Jackets. Letterman jackets are for students who have played two years in a Varsity sport.

Library Days/Times Change—All secondary students are allowed to visit the library on the elementary campus Tuesday and Thursday from 2:40 p.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Reminder - If books are checked out they need to be returned in a timely manner. .

Mrs.Jones is soliciting any and all pictures taken during school events/games/organizations/special class activities, for the Elementary-High school yearbook. Moms In Prayer will be held on Mondays at 8:00 AM in room 326 (Elementary music room) for all elementary, middle, and high school Legacy moms, grandmas, aunts, etc.

It's that time to start preparing for the YMBL State Fair! We have four categories we are entering in this year: Art, Quilting, Photography, and Graphic Design. If any students are interested, please contact Mrs. Duhon at mduhon@legacychirstianacademy.org for more information. Art, Quilting, Photography, and Graphic Design submissions are due by February 12th, 2025.

All practice information will be available on your sport's Google calendar. You can find the instructions on how to subscribe below. Our Athletics Department has linked specific game schedules under each sport on our website. For example, if you are a high school girl who plays Volleyball, then you would navigate the Athletics section of our website, select High School, and then Volleyball, and under the Schedule dropdown, you will find your "Printable" Live Google Doc Game Schedule. The weekly game schedule is also available on our website on the Athletics Calendar page and will be linked in the announcements. Coaches will communicate through their avenues of choice if there are any changes. The easiest way to view practices and games is with our Legacy App. Make sure to check the calendars and game schedules often to stay up to date.
