Your Patriots are set to compete in the Regional Semifinal Playoff game against Brock this Thursday at 3 PM. Come out and support your team at the Lubbock-Cooper High School baseball field. Game 1 starts at 3 PM, with Game 2 beginning 30 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1. If necessary, Game 3 will be held on Saturday, May 25th, at Weatherford College in Weatherford, Texas. Let's show our Patriot pride by supporting these young men during their incredible playoff season!

Ticket Price: $5 Adult / $3 Student

On Monday and Tuesday, students who are not exempt from their final exams will follow a half-day schedule. Please report to your exams at the scheduled times. If you need to make up attendance hours, sign in at the designated table in the commons. Let's finish strong!

Per school district policy all medication in the Nurse's Clinic must be picked up at the end of the year. Medication can not be kept in the Clinic over the summer. Medication that is not picked up is disposed of. Please complete the permission form and have your child bring the form to the Clinic. Controlled medication must be inventoried and picked up by a parent.

If you did not pre-order a yearbook, worry not! We have extra books available for purchase at $100 each. They can be purchased in the Liberty High School front office. Please note that we will be accepting cash or check payments only. This year's yearbook marks the beginning of a new tradition at Liberty High School, so don't miss out on owning Volume 1 of this once-in-a-lifetime book!

Last week, Liberty students participated in the LCISD Local AG Mechanics Show, showcasing their impressive skills and hard work. Here are the outstanding results:

The Athletic Training staff for LCISD is preparing for the 2024-2025 school year, and would like to remind the parents of our athletes and marching band members about pre-participation physicals. All athletes, members of the marching band, and Cheer/POM members are required to get a new pre-participation physical. Physicals must be dated after April 1, 2024 to be accepted for the 2024-2025 school year. Once completed, you will be able to upload those physical forms to RankOne after May 30, 2024, or you can submit the paper document to one of our Athletic Trainers.

Please be aware that we have weekend snack bags available for any student in need. Your student can pick up a food bag from Nurse Bourquin after school every Friday or as needed.

Parents are to report student absences including early outs/late arrivals in their Skyward Family Access via an attendance request. This can be done in the app or on a computer and should be completed 48 hours after the absence.

SKYWARD

When submitting an Early Out or Late Arrival absence request, please be sure to UNSELECT the ‘all day check mark’. This ensures the attendance office knows what time your child will be leaving and/or arriving. Campus attendance email is for submitting documentation, such as a doctor's note. WHO CAN EAT?

Any child 18 years old or younger can eat for FREE Monday – Friday at our two Tiger Bites Summer Feeding locations. Due to state and federal restrictions, children must be present in order to receive the free lunch and they must eat on site. There will be fun games and activities while the children eat. Children do NOT have to be Frenship students to be eligible for the free lunches.

WHEN ARE THE FREE LUNCHES AVAILABLE?

Summer Tiger Bites lunches will run through June 3, 2024 – July 26, 2024, and will be available Monday – Friday.

There will be NO Tiger Bites lunches during the week of July 1 – 5 due to the Fourth of July holiday.
