At High Plains, one act will be selected per grade level plus one staff act for the final show on May 5th giving us 10 acts total. We will vote as a school and calculate those scores to crown a winner.
Beginning this week, students and staff will be able to attend open rehearsals and receive feedback on Thursdays from 3:50-5:00 pm in the elementary music room. It is "drop-in" style, so anyone can come get help, tips, and feedback on your act.
Auditions for middle school and staff will be held on April 17th and April 24th during lunch, recess, or after school. The 10 final acts selected will be announced on Friday, April 25th and they will have their own dress rehearsal the following week. For those of you who are visual, I've also added a timeline.
