Quarter 1 Complete, on to Quarter 2
Hope you all are enjoying your week off and spending time with family and friends. The quarter went by extremely quickly. The next quarter will go by even faster with 9 school weeks of instruction and Thanksgiving approaching. It is pivotal that students are present in the classroom, on task and completing assigned work.
I wanted to highlight some things that have occurred on campus below. There are also some things that need to be addressed that leads to issues on campus. Please review the newsletter and all of its contents.

Social Media Issues
Over the course of the Quarter 1, many students have had issues with communicating appropriately outside of school. There are many Social Media platforms out there such as Snapchat, Instagram and Tiktok. It is very important that parent/guardians check what there child is looking at and saying to others on these types of platforms. Issues or disagreements that students have on social media lead to altercations at school that impact the learning environment and student attendance. If students aren't using there cell phones responsibly they will be told to leave their cellphone at home or to check in the device to administration during the school day. If you have any questions about this, please let us know.
