Call parents if one of your students was on the Failure List for the 5th-6 weeks
Communicate with parents about students with missing work
Work with students that miss school due to extracurricular activities so that they can get the necessary assignments completed when they return (As well as missed instruction)
Do not allow students out of class for unnecessary reasons
