Principal's Update
Western Montgomery CTC is Hiring!!!!
We are looking for talented individuals who love working with great students and a dynamic staff. We are currently looking for an Instructional Aide and Substitute Nurses. Please check our website for more information.
We are also looking for substitute teachers. No PA Teaching Certification required to substitute at WMCTC. Clearances are required. We have a great work environment and can be flexible with your hours. Start as late as 9am and end at 2:15pm. Please contact us for more details.
NOCTI Performance Day was a triumph for our Seniors. They are happy to have this testing behind them and we are so proud of their performance.
More and more students are taking advantage of the co-op opportunities here at WMCTC. Eleventh grade Level 2 students are now eligible to work during the school day. Interested students should stop in to see Mrs. Mueller in Student Services.
The 4th quarter is reaching its midway point. Soon we’ll be saying goodbye for the summer. Although the end of the year is close, there is still work to be done so don’t lose focus. Be sure to encourage your student to get all assignments submitted. The success of our students has always been our number one priority. Thanks to you, the parents/guardians, and the staff at WMCTC. Let's keep the momentum going.
Best regards,
Principal Holtzman

If you've lost something, check it out!
From the Nurse's Office
If a student tests positive for COVID the CDC, as well as WMCTC, recommends staying home for 5 days after your symptom start date. Your symptom start date is considered day zero. If symptoms improve by day 5 and you are fever free for 24 hours with no fever reducing medications you may return to school on day 6 (ex: symptoms start on 9/1, isolate from, 9/1 through 9/6, may return to school on 9/7 if above criteria are met).
Please let the WMCTC nurse (DDavison@WesternCenter.org) as well as WMCTC attendance (attendance@westerncenter.org) know the student is positive and will be out.
If a household family member tests positive for COVID but the student is completely symptom free, the student may come to school.
**********************************************************************************************
When a student isn't feeling well, he/she needs to visit the nurse for consultation. If a student contacts their parents without seeing the nurse, the student will still need to see Ms. Davison before dismissal.
COVID Information - HOME TESTS
Home tests are accepted for negative and positive results. A photo of the box/package and a photo of the actual test result must be sent to DDavison@WesternCenter.org if the student tests positive for COVID.
• Please contact our nurse, Ms. Dawn Davison, at DDavison@WesternCenter.org or 610-489-7272 x213 with any questions.
