Course requests for students who will be 7th graders next school year are currently in the Parent Portal. From the portal, there is a tab titled “Course Request Online,” and parents can log in with their student’s district credentials to view their course requests. Please, note that these are only the courses students have requested for next school year; this is NOT their schedule for next school year.
Schedules will be ready for pick-up the week before school begins at scheduled dates and times, which will be announced over the summer.
Please, review the courses requested for next school year to ensure that there are no changes your student would like to make at this time. We cannot include alternate elective courses at this time, but if a student cannot be placed in the elective(s) listed, we will look at the alternate courses selected by the student on the course request sheet.
If you would like to make changes or see any errors in the courses requested, please, contact Ms. Sherley (BBJH 7th Grade Counselor) at gsherley@magnoliaisd.org by June 5th. Please, remember that not all elective requests can be made due to limited space in elective classes.
