The Sawnee Electric Membership Foundation annual scholarship application is now open. The eligibility requirements are:

• Must be a high school senior

• Student’s permanent residence must receive its electrical service from Sawnee EMC

• A perceived GPA of 2.0 or above

• Close relatives of SEMC employees, SEMC Directors and CATF members are not eligible.

• The application and detailed instructions are available at https://sawnee.coop/scholarships

The deadline to submit an application and supporting documents for consideration is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 10, 2025.
