Testing:
Students are in the middle of end of year assessments. We are excited to see the academic growth they have made in all subjects, especially reading. Please help your student to be successful by getting enough sleep and ensuring they get breakfast at home or at school.
Let's Aim High and Achieve!
Registration and Student Placement Considerations:
Registration for next school year is now open! Please register ASAP to help us with our enrollment count. We are a growing school and want to hire teachers sooner than later if we need more. REGISTER HERE
If you have any student placement considerations for next year, please fill out this FORM. As a reminder, we do not take specific teacher requests. Please write your concerns and considerations in the form above. Thanks!
Teacher Appreciation Week:
We are excited to celebrate all our teachers and staff May 6th-10th. Thank You to our PTA and everyone that has donated time, money, gifts, and other resources to make it a special week for our teachers. We are so grateful for amazing students, parents, and families!
We will have a fun run for students on May 6th in the afternoon. Students will run through the Rees neighborhood and back to the school.
Bounce House Day:
Kindergarten students will enjoy a bounce house day on May 9th. On May 20th, 1st-5th grade students will enjoy a fun bounce house day as well. Thank You for supporting the school earlier this year at our opening carnival day. Your donations help to do fun things like this for students.
Reading Carnival:
Our end of year Reading Carnival is on Friday, May 10th. Students should have read at home all year to earn tickets to spend at the carnival. The more they read throughout the year, the more tickets they earned. Students will use the tickets to play games, sign up for a pizza party, and buy books at the carnival.
Kindergarten Last Day and Graduation:
The last day of Kindergarten will be May 16th. We will celebrate with them that day with a graduation at 10:00 in the gym. Thank You for an amazing year! Here they come 1st Grade!
5th Grade Graduation:
5th grade students have made it through elementary school and are ready to take on their middle school years! We will celebrate with a graduation on Wednesday, May 22nd at 2:00 in the gym. You are welcome to check students out for the day afterwards.
Last Day of School:
School will dismiss for summer break on Thursday, May 23rd at NOON. Thank You for a wonderful school year! Enjoy the summer!
