Extension requests are intended for extenuating circumstances and must be submitted by learning coaches via an online form at least three school days before the progress check or marking period deadline. Requests require documentation for medical or other extenuating reasons.
Extensions are typically granted for up to three days following the progress check or marking period deadline. Approval is at the discretion of the division principal and school counseling. Please note that an unlimited number of extensions will not be allowed within a marking period or school year.
You will receive confirmation from the principal, your grade-level guidance counselor, or course teacher of whether or not your extension request has been approved.
