About this workshop
This workshop will address leading adolescent literacy at the school level. This workshop is geared toward middle and high school leaders. Participants will learn what constitutes Adolescent Literacy and understand why it is important as a school focus. We will also consider actions & frameworks for implementing and leading evidence-based practices. This workshop will highlight the adolescent components of Ohio's Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement and how they can be implemented in middle and high schools.

Audience: Curriculum Directors, Middle/Secondary Literacy Coaches, Middle and High School Principals, Superintendents, Department Chairs or other teacher leaders, other building and/or District level Administrators. Limited to the first 35 registrants.

This workshop is free for all staff from NPESC's member districts. Cost for non-member districts is $89 per person
Lunch will be provided and a certificate for 5.5 contact hours will be provided at the conclusion of the workshop.
