Loving God,
As we continue through the term, we give thanks for the gift of our school community – for the friendships, learning opportunities, and joyful moments we share. Help us to embrace each day with kindness, patience, and gratitude, seeing Your presence in the small and simple things.
Guide our students to grow in knowledge, confidence, and compassion. Bless our teachers with wisdom and energy as they inspire young minds and strengthen our families as they nurture and support their children.
May we work together in unity and love, creating a school environment where every person feels valued, safe, and encouraged.
Amen

Dear Parents and Members of our School Community,
Welcome to Week 3 of Term 4!
It’s hard to believe how quickly the year is flying by and I’m grateful for the energy and enthusiasm our students, staff, and families continue to bring each day. Term 4 is always a busy and exciting time, with lots of events, celebrations and learning opportunities still to come.
Our students are working hard to finish the year on a positive note, and I thank our teachers for their dedication in supporting every child’s growth and wellbeing. As we approach the end of the school year, I encourage everyone to stay focused, take time to enjoy these moments, and look out for each other.
I would like to extend a special thank you to our parents and caregivers for your ongoing involvement in the life of the school. Whether it’s through the P&F, attending events, or supporting your child’s learning at home, your partnership makes a big difference in building a strong and connected community.
Let’s continue to work together, keeping our shared values at the heart of everything we do. I look forward to celebrating the successes of the year and the special moments ahead with all of you.
PRINCIPAL APPOINTMENT
I am pleased to announce that the Principal Appointment process for 2025 has now been completed and we are delighted to welcome Mrs Sarah Potts as the new Principal of our school.
Mrs Potts brings a wealth of experience, passion for education, and a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. We look forward to the energy and ideas she will bring to our community, building on the wonderful work already in place. Over the coming weeks, there will be opportunities to meet Mrs Potts and I know she is excited to get to know our students, families, and staff.
SCHOOL DISCO
What a night! Our recent school disco was a huge success, filled with music, dancing, and plenty of fun for all. It was wonderful to see our students enjoying themselves and making memories together.
A big thank you to our fantastic P&F team and the Year 1 Reps, whose hard work and creativity made the event so special. From the decorations to the music and everything in between, your efforts ensured a joyful and well-organised night for everyone. Events like these highlight the importance of community spirit, and we are grateful to all who contributed.
Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the disco—it wouldn’t have been the same without you!
FOOTSTEPS DANCE
The Footsteps dance program has begun, and students are fully engaged. A reminder that students in Kindy to Year 6 are to wear their sport uniform on Mondays this term for the dance program.
VINNIES CHRISTMAS APPEAL
The Year 6 class launched this appeal with their fantastic assembly last Friday. We will once again be collecting donations for the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. This will be coordinated by the Year 6 class. More information to come via Seesaw.
CATHOLIC SCHOOL ADVISORY COUNCIL MEETING:
Our next CSAC Meeting is scheduled for Monday 28 October at 5:30pm.
