It was very exciting see so many families join us for our lunch on the lawn this past Wednesday. We have our fall festival coming this Thursday, November 14th starting at 3:30pm. Thank you for all of you who have donated to make sure our fall festival is a success. As a reminder, students must be accompanied by an adult to gain entry, there will not be supervision.

Students will bring home their Trimester 1 report cards this Friday, November 15th. Please take the time to review the information with your student, make goals of the growth and progress you would like your student to make during Trimester 2, sign the envelope, and return it to the school.

• Vision & Hearing Screening: Students in grades TK, K, 2 and 5 will be having their vision and hearing screenings on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 12-13 with the school nurse.

• District Advisory Committee: We invite all parents to join us for the upcoming District Advisory Committee (DAC) meeting! This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about our district’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), hear about student progress, and share your valuable input to help shape our goals for the future.

• Minimum Days: As a reminder, every Wednesday is a minimum day. Students will be dismissed as follows- 1st-3rd 12:35 & 4th-6th- 12:40. Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten do not have a different dismissal time, it remains 11:50 year round.

• Box Tops for Education: We are a Box Tops for Education school, which can help us earn money for our school. It is an easy way to help us earn money to purchase items and experiences that benefit your student. Check out the two flyers that are linked below for more information!
