Thursday, October 10th is picture day at Marbrook. Order forms were sent home last week. You can make an online purchase by visiting MyLifetouch.com and use Picture Day ID: EVTWGP9XM.

All students, regardless of whether they are purchasing pictures or not, will have their picture taken for the yearbook.

Join us for the Marbrook Title 1 Literacy Celebration!

Come out and join us for dinner and informative sessions that celebrate reading. Families that are in attendance will be provided a take-home grade-level reading resource.

If you plan to volunteer at Marbrook this school year—either in our building or as a chaperone on a field trip—you must complete the process to become an approved volunteer. Once approved, your status is valid for one calendar year. For example, if you completed the process last May, you are cleared until May 2024. If you are unsure of your status, please email elaine.ambra@redclay.k12.de.us.

The updated process includes the following three steps:

1. Complete the Confidentiality Form.
2. Fill out the TB Questionnaire.
3. Fill out this online form and submit the receipt page to our main office.

PTO is looking for volunteers! Take a look at their SignUpGenius for available time slots. Please note that you must fill out the necessary paperwork to volunteer. We thank you for your understanding.

If your child will be making a purchase at the book fair, please send the money in an envelope/bag with their first and last name written on it it. You also have an option of setting up an "eWallet". It’s a convenient digital account that your child can use for shopping at our Fair. Family members can set up the student eWallet on the following website:

Join Us for the Red Clay Consolidated School District College Fair!

The Red Clay Consolidated School District is thrilled to host our highly anticipated College Fair on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Alexis I. du Pont High School! This exciting event is your gateway to discovering a wide range of educational opportunities that can shape your path forward. Over 50+ colleges, universities, military, and vocational schools will be present. In keeping with our wellness initiatives and the district’s commitment to providing a safe learning environment for all students and students with food allergies, please do not send in food items such as cupcakes and/or cookies. Choice Information Night

5th graders in Sra. Marcano's class had an exciting day celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Mrs. Marcano led a particular lesson, where students from the USA, Puerto Rico, and Mexico learned about the cultural significance of piñatas, thanks to a beautiful creation from Mrs. Marcano's friend. The students also explored the rich cultures of Puerto Rico and Mexico and enjoyed candy from both countries!
