Before the Test...
Get Plenty of Rest:
Aim for a good night's sleep before the test to ensure you are alert and focused.
Eat a Nutritious Breakfast:
Fuel your body with a healthy breakfast to provide sustained energy throughout the test.
Arrive on Time:
Being on time helps reduce stress and allows you to settle in and focus on the test.
Wear Comfortable Clothes:
Choose clothing that allows you to feel comfortable and relaxed during the test.
Practice Stress-Busting Techniques:
If you feel stressed, try slow, deep breaths or closing your eyes and thinking positive thoughts.
