Giving Back!

This week our student council students were well represented as they volunteered their time to pack meals for Feed My Starving Children. 17 students and their families packed over 90 boxes which is a total of 19,000 meals to feed 54 children for an entire year! Way to go Dolphins!

Yearbooks are on Sale!

Yearbooks are on Sale! - Parents should have received an email from HR Imaging with a link to purchase yearbooks. The cost is $25. Books must be pre-ordered.

2nd Reminder - NYE PTA ADULT ONLY Trivia Night

We hope you enjoyed the Holiday Break and made some splashtastic memories. Now it's time to make some amazing memories with other dolphin families at the PTA's Trivia Night on January 31st. We have some amazing raffle items (stay tuned for details), a fun trivia game, amazing food and promise an AMAZING time.

What - NYE PTA ADULT ONLY Trivia Night

When - January 31st

Where - Stonebridge Country Club, 2705 Stonebridge BLVD

Time - Doors open at 5:30pm, Trivia will start at 7PM

Ticket Price - Early Bird $45/person until January 10th...Tickets will increase to $55/person on January 11th - 27th

E-Learning @ NYE

Nancy Young has a building-wide plan for e-learning days. Teachers will talk with students about e-learning days and associated activities in the near future. One goal of e-learning days is for continued engagement in school activities/instruction while not at school. We designed our activities to allow for some student choice, provide options for all parts of a student's day, and allow for some independent work. We know households will function in a variety of ways on e-learning days.

Please go to https://www.ipsd.org/young and hover over the departments tab. Once you are hovering over the tab a dropdown menu will occur. Please click on the Academic tab followed by the grade level your child is to access the instructional material.

Start Uploading your Pictures Today!

The NYE PTA is looking for pictures for the 24-25 yearbook. Please upload pictures of your student(s) at school events ONLY, to the following link, 24-25 yearbook albums. Please ensure to choose the appropriate folder from the drop down menu under "Upload to album". Note, only the yearbook editor will be able to see the pictures. By uploading your pictures does not guarantee the pictures will be included in the yearbook.
