PIE THE PRINCIPAL IN THE FACE - NOVEMBER 30th
We do have a list of people who sold 10 or more items. If we have it on record, you should have found a slip in your child's backpack. We will be doing the Pie the Principal event on November 30th. Your teacher has the list if you want to double check.
If you think you were left off the list, please contact the PTO directly to ask any questions: richmondrockets1441@gmail.com

NEED VOLUNTEERS (ELFS) FOR HOLIDAY SHOP
We are in need of multiple volunteers to help us run our Holiday Shop. We give every student the chance to purchase holiday gifts for their families. Most items will fall in the range of $1 to $5. All of the money comes back to the PTO and our Richmond classrooms. We need your help to make this all work.
Volunteering opportunities include: Collecting money for purchased goods, Bagging and Tagging gifts, and Restocking the tables.
The Holiday Shop will run from Tuesday, December 12th - Friday, December 15th.
Please review the available days and times below and click on the button to sign up. Thank you!
TAKE THE FINAL QUIZ FOR ONE AND ONLY IVAN
We are in our final week of reading according to our calendar. Try the last One and Only Ivan quiz for a chance to win an extra book.
You do have a couple weeks to finish up this quiz and the final chapters. Don't forget we will be watching the One and Only Ivan movie on December 7th. This will be a special night event for Richmond.
Thank you LH for the incredible picture of Ivan!
FINDING NEMO JR - WATCH IT AGAIN ONLINE
If you missed it or just want to watch it again, the Richmond Youtube Channel has a recording of the matinee and night time show. Incredible work by a dedicated group of students and staff. Thank you for putting your heart into Richmond.
Special thank you to Mrs. Velicer, Ms. Vander Velden and Ms. Smith for directing our students in an experience that no one will forget.

MR. KNAACK - SURGERY DECEMBER 8th
I am less than a month away from getting a new hip. I know this can cause some angst when any of our staff members have to be gone for an extended period of time. I have a great colleague, Karen Brice who will be my replacement while I am gone. She was a long time principal of Horizon Elementary in Appleton. We are lucky to have her. Outside of not hearing my loud voice, I would bet everything else will feel the same for you. I am sorry I have to leave you. My plan is to return in the middle of January. We will keep you informed if that changes.
LUNCH AND BREAKFAST MENUS
BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FREE FOR ALL STUDENTS AT RICHMOND
This is a reminder that all students get free lunch and breakfast at Richmond. Breakfast will be served in the classroom. Students are not required to take it. If a student wants only a milk for lunch, your student would need money on their account. The cost is $0.40 per milk.
